This internship experience gives you unique and productive opportunities.
Resource center, built in small cities and towns in Japan, is a place for you to assist and work with Japanese people over age 60 who desire to expand their business opportunities outside of Japan and share their knowledge and skills with young generations. People over 60 in Japan are vital, and eager to participate in and contribute to the society after retirement. You use your expertized skills for their needs at the center. You will contribute in real production to the global market. Marketing, design, communication, computer science, business administration, education, digital art, entrepreneur, international business, etc. any majors are welcome. Resource center is a place to build up your credit for your future career.

COLLEGE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM (in USA)

チームワークとリーダーシップ性を磨きながら英語でのコミュニケーション能力の向上を目指したプログラムです。プログラムの集大成となる活動は、大学生スタッフとともに、プログラムの最後に予定されているイベントを主催します。これは、日本(参加者の都道府県並びに市町村)をプロモーションするチャリティイベントで、大学のキャンパス内で行います。このイベントで、したがって、プログラム中は、大学生スタッフと毎日コミュニケーショ ンを交わしながら準備を進めていきます。プログラムには、自然環境保護活動、ミールパッケージ、市立図書館、大学の日本語クラスのアシスタント(学期中)大学の日本語クラブの活動協力(学期 中)など、様々な地域へのボランティア活動があります。

The most important activity of this program is a fund-raising event which participants host with college student staff on campus at the end of the program. The purpose is “to promote your hometown (prefecture)”. You will show the attraction of your hometown (prefecture) from various aspects such as tourism, food, business, etc. by presentation, demonstration, samples, and trials. Therefore, participants communicate with student staff every day to organize, prepare, and conduct the event.

ACADEMIC & CAREER PREPARATION PROGRAM (in USA)

大学のキャンパスを利用して、教授や地元の大学生たちと深く関わり、英語のス キルを磨きながらアメリカの大学生活を模擬体験します。英語のクラスは、1)TOEFL の基礎と向上、2)アカデミック・イングリッシュの確立が目標です。クラスは、10-15 人の少人数クラスで、メインの教師と複数のアシスタント教師 生徒 が関わります。生徒一人一人に細かく目が届くよう、常に小グループを保ち、個別指導を徹底します。午後は、様々な日系、または日本と関わる企業やグループを訪問したりして、ビジネスの世界を学びます。

Involving deeply with teachers and other students on university campus, you will experience American college life while enhancing English language skills in real communications. Goal of Language education is 1) Build a basic foundation for TOEFL test and 2) Establish academic English. Classes keep small size with max. 15 students, and there are main teacher and several assistant teachers in class to provide more personalized instruction and more communication with native speakers. After class, you will experience various internship and company visiting opportunities at Japanese companies here in the US.

TEACHING ENGLISH & LEARNING CULTURE PROGRAM (in Japan)

This program offers opportunities to involve you in teaching English in Japan. You will have hands-on experience of teaching and assisting learners in K-12 and college classes. We will provide knowledge and tips about English education in Japan to let you perform well. The program also includes cultural study. Through field trips, language classes, and workshops, you will learn Japanese language and culture through real communication with many people.
